Bosch Car Service joins with Allianz Global Assistance for free roadside assistance programme.
Bosch Car Service (BCS) is delighted to announce the launch of BCS Roadside Assistance in conjunction with Allianz Global Assistance. This new offer is the latest in a range of initiatives to support member garages and allows them to offer roadside assistance free of charge to customers.
As the first independent garage network in the UK to offer such a service, the programme is another example of how BCS members offer a great value alternative to franchised dealers and provide customers with real peace of mind.
Covering all makes and models of car up to ten years old, the new programme with Allianz Global Assistance is designed to help participating garages enhance customer loyalty for the scheme’s 500 independent garages. The Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA) package will be given free of charge to any customer whose car has received a Bosch Silver or Gold level service at a participating BCS.
Once the policy is initiated, the vehicle will be eligible for roadside assistance, available for 12 months from the date of having the vehicle serviced.
Covering electrical and mechanical faults, fuelling issues, battery problems, lost or stolen keys and even vandalism, the value-added service is the latest initiative in Bosch’s support for its member garages. “The ability to offer roadside assistance is perfectly aligned to the network’s concept of total customer care,” explains Bosch Car Service Concept Manager, Rhian Kendall. “This comprehensive roadside assistance package underlines our commitment to help keep customers engaged with their garage whilst also generating additional revenue for members.”
